Our volunteers are excited to watch over your children and help them grow in their relationship with God. You can feel confident checking your kids into their class, knowing that our teams work hard to provide a safe, clean, and fun environment. While you are enjoying the main church service, you can rest assured that your kids are enjoying fun, engaging, and age-appropriate teaching that meets them right where they are. I'm new! 👋 What do I need to know?
Don't be stressed! Be sure to come early to give yourself plenty of time to meet people, get familiar with our campus, and grab a cup of coffee before heading into the auditorium for worship.
What if my child has special requirements?
Reach out! If your child requires special attention (e.g., food allergies, learning disabilities, circumstances at home, etc) we would love to connect to see how we can best serve you and your child.
How do I register my child for the first time?
First time child registration is easy! Childcare and Sunday School classes are open after worship; you can register your child during this time, prior to dropping them off. You also have the option of registering your child before service starts.
Start now! You can start the registration process ahead of time in the Grace NM app (download it here) by creating a profile. IMPORTANT: be sure to include your phone number because you will use it to check in your child. Once you have created a profile in the app you will be able to use it for child check-in.

How does child check-in and check-out work?
CHILDCARE uses a secure check-in system that provides a unique code and tags for your child at every service. Parents or guardians receive a pager that is required for child pick-up. If a pager is lost, a Childcare worker will call the number on the child's name tag. A Childcare worker may ask for a photo ID to verify your identity.

What is Mobile Pre-check? 📱
Mobile Pre-check is a smooth check-in experience! This convenient option lets you pre-select the kids for check-in ahead of time, requiring nothing more than a scan of a QR code once you get to church, saving you valuable time on-site.

- Availability: Pre-check is available for mobile users (iOS and Android apps required), who are already listed in a Household, up to one hour before service starts.
- Find It: Look for the pre-check option in the personal account menu of the Grace NM mobile app (top right corner).
- QR Code: For quick and easy self-check-in, a personalized QR code will be generated for events where you have a check-in history, or we can automatically suggest sessions.
- Security Code: Once a household member is checked in, regardless of whether Pre-check was used, you'll get an in-app security code to streamline the check-out process.
How are children kept safe?
Safety is our top priority. We have dedicated security personnel at the doors and a secure check-in system.
